How long will it take to receive my custom order?
Standard production takes 3-5 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery typically takes 2-4 business days depending on your selected shipping method.
What is your return policy for customized items?
Because each item is custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or there was a printing error on our part.
Which printing methods do you use for your apparel?
We utilize professional-grade Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing and high-quality Screen Printing to ensure vibrant colors and long-lasting durability for every design.
Can I make changes to my design after placing an order?
To maintain our fast turnaround times, orders move to production quickly. You can request changes within 2 hours of placement, but we cannot guarantee modifications after that window.
Do you offer bulk discounts for large group orders?

How should I care for my custom-printed clothing?
To preserve the print quality, we recommend washing garments inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low heat or hang-drying.
